As part of kids’ mental health week, the Pastoral Care Team produced a well being timetable for the whole school to follow. On Monday children took part in the daily mile, on Tuesday we all had ten minutes extra play, on Wednesday we all completed a ten min mindfulness/sensory exercise to help with our daily busy schedule. On Thursday the whole school spent 10 minutes giving each other compliments. On Friday children enjoyed taking part in different Art activities with Aimee and foundation stage children loved breathing and yoga in the library. To finish off the week the whole school were treated to Timoney’s ice cream and two children in each class received a certificate for showing random acts of kindness this week.
