Our very own P7 student Rowan Bannon, as some people will have seen in the Newry Democrat recently is undertaking an enormous challenge all for a good cause by climbing the Mytikas Peak of Mount Olympus.
Rowan will be departing on May 27th to climb the Mytikas Peak of Mount Olympus in Greece to raise money for an operation for Aaron Walsh from Crossmaglen. His mission to walk the Mytikas Peak (3000 meters) is a technical climb and is more than twice the height of Ben Nevis the highest mountain in the UK.
