Learning about position and direction is fun when you do it outside. P5/6 were learning about the 8 points of a compass using chalk and talking about where we are positioned in Killean.
We challenged each other using mathematical language such as, stand at north and turn 90 degrees anti- clockwise. Stand at west and complete a half turn clockwise.
